Opened the season with a 5:16.77 mile at the Wendy's Seahawk Invitational (3.8) ... followed up with a 10:57.42 in the 3000m at the Charlotte 49er Classic (3.15).

2018-19 Indoor (Junior)
Ran an 11:39.94 in the Virginia Tech Invitational 3000m (1.11).

2018 Outdoor (Sophomore)
Opened the season with a season-best 5:49.70 in the mile at the UNCW Seahawk Invitational… Ran a personal-best 39:15.67 in the 10,000-meter at the 49er Classic… Finished ninth in the 10,000-meter (40:15.14) at the SoCon Championship.

2017-18 Indoor (Sophomore)
Ran in four different events in the season, setting career-bests in the 400-meter (1:14.06) at the UNCG Early Bird Duals, 3,000-meter (11:10.07) at the Wake Forest Invitational, 800-meter (2:38.58) at the JDL College Dual Meet Madness and 5,000-meter (18:52.83) at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational.

2017 Outdoor (Freshman)
Ran a career-best 5:54.60 in the Mile at the UNCW Seahawk Invitational.

2016-17 Indoor (Freshman)
Took 16th in the mile at the Southern Conference Championships, setting a time of 5:45.09 ... posted a career-best mile time of 5:40.86 at the JDL College Challenge ... rank a career-best 3:25.08 in the 1,000 meters at the Virginia Tech Invitational ... registered a career-best time of 2:41.88 in the 800 meters at the uNCG Early Bird Duals.

High School
Ran four years of indoor and outdoor track and thee years of cross country at Clarksburg High School in Clarksburg, Md.,... was team captain and MVP of the cross country team... was a 2014 cross country state finalist and placed second at the 2016 Devil Run.... helped her team to a 2015 Maryland State 4A Championship in indoor and outdoor track... the Coyotes were division, conference and regional champions in indoor and outdoor track from 2014-16 and helped CHS to a 2014 7th place finish at the Cross Country State finals and a Division Championship... played one year of scocer for the Coyotes
