All-SoCon Honor Roll (2021)

2021 (Senior)
Ran season-best 800 meters in 2 minutes 24.86 seconds at Charlotte 49er Classic ... Competed in 1,500 meters three times, clocking a 4:55.59 at High Point Vertklasse Meeting ... Ran 5,000 meters  in 18:56.22 at Catamount Classic.

2019-20 Indoor (Junior)
Ran a 1:06.06 in the 400m at the JDL Early Bird Invitational (12.8).

2019 Outdoor (Sophomore)
Ran a season-best 800m at the Wendy's Seahawk Invitational (3.8), crossing the finish line in 2:22.66 ... helped the Spartans to a win in the Charlotte 49er Classic 4x800m (3.16) with a time of 9:33.52 ... scored points for UNCG at the SoCon Indoor Championship, with her time of 11:58.97 in the 3000m steeplechase taking seventh (4.27).

2018-19 Indoor (Sophomore)
Opened the indoor campaign with a time of 5:23.85 in the mile, while competing in the JDL College Kick-off Classic (12.1).

2018 Outdoor (Freshman)
Set a career-best of 5:06.81 in the 1,500-meter at the Duke Invitational… Part of a relay team that finished 10th in the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 4:24.45 at the SoCon Championship… Ran a 1:06.46 in her first ever attempt in the 400-meter at the UNCW Seahawk Invitational.

2017-18 Indoor (Freshman)
Placed 15th at the SoCon Championships in the 800-meter and set a personal-best of 2:35.56 in the event at the Wake Forest Invitational… Had a 5:42.38 in the first time running the mile in college at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational…Part of a relay team that finished first in its section in the distance medley relay with a time of 13:15.06 at the JDL College Dual Meet Madness.

High School
A four year letterwinner in cross country and track & field at Orono High School in Orono, Maine... won the individual state championship in 2016... also named all-state in 2016... a four-time All-Penobscot Valley Conference honoree in both cross country in track... PVC Champion in the 800 meters... part of 4x400 meter relay team that broke the state record... 4x800 meter relay team holds the team and PVC records... helped lead her cross country team to three-straight state titles from 2013-15 and her track & field team to four-straight state championships from 2014-17...also a four year letterwinner in basketball.
