2021 Outdoor (Senior)
Ran the 400 meters in 1:09.04 at the Catamount Classic.

2019-20 Indoor (Junior)
Crossed the finish line in 1:56.09 during the 600m at the Camel City Invitational (2.8).

2019 Outdoor (Sophomore)
Ran a 1:05.98 400m while at the Wendy's Seahawk Invitational (3.8), helping the UNCG 4x400m relay to a time of 4:24.52 (3.9) ... helped the Spartans to a win in the 4x800m, running a 9:33.52 at the Charlotte 49er Classic (3.15) ... closed out the season with a 4:59.29 1500m at the Duke Invitational (4.19).

2018-19 Indoor (Sophomore)
Ran at the JDL College Kick-off Classic (12.1) and Virginia Tech Invitational (1.11).

2018 Outdoor (Freshman)
Part of a relay team that placed fifth in the 4x400-meter in its section at the UNCW Seahawk Invitational.

2017-18 Indoor (Freshman)
Had personal-bests in the 500-meter (1:34.11) at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational and 800-meter (2:34.57) at the UCS Invitational.

Attended Apex High School in Apex, North Carolina... earned three letters in cross country and four in track... recipient of Most Improved Runner Award.
