All-SoCon Honor Roll (2021)

2021 Outdoor (Senior)
One of four Spartans to run the 5,000 meters at the SoCon Championships, finishing in 19 minutes, 20.06 seconds ... Ran the 1,500 meters in 5:20.16 seconds at the High Point Vertklasse Meeting.

2019-20 Indoor (Junior)
Finished the JDL January College Kick-off 3000m in 10:57.73 (1.19) ... turned in a 1:08.77 during the Mondo College Invitational 400m (2.2).

2018-19 Indoor (Sophomore)
Grabbed fourth at the JDL College Kick-off Classic (12.1), finishing the 3000m in 11:12.62.

2018 Outdoor (Freshman)
Had a personal-best 19:00.72 in the 5,000-meter at the Duke Invitational… Turned in a time of 5:32.51 in the mile at the UNCW Seahawk Invitational.

2017-18 Indoor (Freshman)
Opened the season with a career-best 2:29.11 for a fourth-place finish in her section in the 400-meter at the UNCG Early Bird Duals… Ran only one time in the 3,000-meter (11:07.11) at the JDL College Dual Meet Madness and mile (5:29.56) at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational.

High School
Attended William Amos Hough High School in Cornelius, North Carolina... a four-time letterwinner in both cross country and track... earned all-conference honors in cross country and track all four years... part of record-holding 4x800 meter team in both indoor and outdoor track... a three-time track MVP... qualified for state three out of four years in indoor and was a four-time regional qualifier in outdoor...member of the Historical Honor Society (Rho Kappa).
