Opened the season with a 1:05.01 400m at the JDL Early Bird Invitational (12.8) ... crossed the finish line in 5:07.59 at the Camel City Invitational mile (2.7) ... set a new personal record mile at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational (2.14), finishing in a time 5:02.21.

2019 Outdoor (Junior)
Pushed the Spartans to a win in the Charlotte 49er Classic 4x800m (5.15), with the UNCG relay squad finishing in 9:33.52 ... set what was at the time a new personal record in the 800m, posting a 2:17.72 at the VertKlasse Meeting (3.22) ... ran a 4:39.47 in the 1500m, while running at SoCon Indoor Championships (4.27)

2018-19 Indoor (Junior)
Helped the Spartans to a sixth-place finish in the JDL College Kick-off Classic 4x400m (12.1), finishing in a time of 4:25.95 ... ran a season-best 800m while competing at the JDL College Meet Madness (1.27), crossing the finish line in 2:19.45 ... took fifth with her season-best mile pace of 5:02.28 in the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational (2.9).

2018 Outdoor (Sophomore)
Garnered three points for finishing sixth in the 1,500-meter with a time of 4:36.50… Set a career-bests of 1:02.66 in the 400-meter at the UNCW Seahawk Invitational, 4:35.19 in the 1,500-meter at the Duke Invitational and 17:39.57 in the 5,000-meter at the Raleigh Relays.

2017-18 Indoor (Sophomore)
Finished first in her section in the 800-meter with a time of 2:21.14 at the UNCG Early Bird Duals… Earned three points at the SoCon Championship with a fifth-place finish in the 3,000-meter at 10:13.89 in just her second race in the event in college and also finished ninth in the 5,000-meter with a time of 17:55.57… Recorded a personal-best of 10:10.80 in the 3,000-meter at the Camel City Invitational.

2017 Outdoor (Freshman)
Took fourth in the 800 meters at the Southern Conference Championships with a time of 2:14.17 ... set a top-time of 2:13.09 in the 800 meter preliminaries at the SoCon Championships ... placed seventh in the 5,000 meters at the SoCon Championships, setting a time of 18:14.22 ... took eighth in the 1,500 meters with a career-best time of 4:37.80 at the Duke Invitational ... placed ninth in the 800 meters at the Aggie Invitational with a time of 2:14.35 ... timed in at 2:15.24 in the 800 meters at the Liberty Invitational, placing third ... set career high times in the 400 meters (1:04.26) at the Bob Davidson Spring Kick-Off and 5,000 meters (17:53.91) at the Raleigh Relays.

2016-17 Indoor (Freshman)
Placed seventh in the mile at the Southern Conference Championships, posting a career-best 5:05.51 ... took eighth in the 800 meters at the SoCon Championships with a time of 2:19.83 ... ran a top time of 2:15.45 in the 800 meters at the Virginia Tech Challenge, taking second ... won the 800 meters at the UNCG Early Bird Duals with a time of 2:18.56 ... registered a 5:05.52 in the mile at the UNCG Dual Meet Madness, taking second.

High School
Ran cross country and track at Southview High School where she was a four-time All-Conference and All-Region selection in both cross country and outdoor track.. she earned All-State honors on three occasions and holds the school record in the 800-meter at HMHS with a time of 2:13... she ran a personal best 18:38 5K while competing for the Tigers while also holding the record for the one-mile... was a four-time NCSHAA 4A state qualifier in indoor track where she earned a third-place finish in the 1,000-meter in 2016... qualified for the state indoor track championships four times where she placed third in the 800 in 2016 and was a three-time cross country state qualifier finishing as high as 10th overall during her career... member of the National Honors Society, Academy of Scholars and was on the HMHS Honor Roll
