Took sixth in the 800 meters at the Catamount Classic in 1 minute 56.70 seconds ... Ran on UNCG's fifth-place 4x400-meter relay team at the SoCon Championships.

2019-20 Indoor (Junior)
Started the season in the 400m running a PR of 53.17 at the JDL College Kick-off Classic (12.7) ... helped the Spartans score points at SoCon Indoor Championships while running in the 4x400m and DMR (2.29-3.1), where UNCG came in seventh and fifth with respective times of 3:26.41 and 10:27.52.

2019 Outdoor (Sophomore)
Helped the UNCG 4x400m squad take third at the Wendy's Seahawk Invitational (3.9) finishing with a time of 3:32.47 ... tallied a runner-up finish with a time of 8:01.95 in the Charlotte 49er Classic 4x800m (3.15) ... recorded a personal best 4:07.67 in the 1500m while running at the VertKlasse Meeting (3.22) ... 1:54.52 in the 800m set a new PR and took seventh at the Aggie Invitational (4.13) ... earned points for the Spartans at the SoCon Indoor Championship (4.28) in the 800m, originally ran a 1:54.56 in prelims before tallying a pace of 1:56.70 for eighth in the field.

2018-19 Indoor (Sophomore)
Opened the season with a 53.45 400m at the JDL College Kick-off Classic (12.1) ... ran a 1:57.12 while taking eighth in the Darius Dixon Memorial Invite 800m (2.8)

2018 Outdoor (Freshman)
Had a career-bests of 2:01.43 in the 800-meter at the UNCW Seahawk Invitational and 4:13.40 in the 1,500-meter at the High Point Vertklasse.

2017-18 Indoor (Freshman)
Ran a season-best 2:02.00 in the 800-meter at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational… Had a time of 4:51.55 in the Wake Forest Invitational in the only attempt at the mile-run… Part of the relay teams that got three points at the SoCon Championships with a seventh-place finish in the 4x400-meter (3:33.27) and eighth-place finish in the distance medley relays (11:11.80).
