Sophomore season (2008-09)
Appeared in all 31 games with one start ... scored 3.8 points per game to go with 3.1 rebounds per contest ... finished second on the team and fifth in the Southern Conference in steals with 2.1 per contest despite playing just 15 minutes per game ...averaged 1.0 assist per game ... earned her first career start at Western Carolina on Jan. 17 after matching her career high with a 10-point effort at Appalachian State in the previous game ... all 10 points came after halftime in the Jan. 12 contest in Boone ... also had a career-best seven steals and added three rebounds, an assist and a blocked shot in that contest ... scored 10 points against College of Charleston on Dec. 6 ... twice pulled down a career-best seven rebounds on the season, against Fordham on Dec. 13 and at UC Irvine on Dec. 21 ... scored nine points and had four steals in a 71-53 win over Georgia Southern on Dec. 17 ... has at least one steal in all but four games on the season ... turned in six games with at least four steals ... dished off a career-best three assists three times, against Furman (Jan. 10), at Davidson (Feb. 9) and at Furman (Feb. 21) ... earned the team's inaugural Unsung Hero award.

Played four years at West Bladen High School in Bladenboro, N.C., for coach Teresa Coleman ... was named Tri-County Player of the Year after averaging 18.3 points, seven rebounds, five steals and four assists during her senior season ... earned All-Southeastern Conference honors during her junior and senior years ... scored a school record 1,490 points at West Bladen ... was named MVP, best defensive player and female player of the year for her efforts her senior season ... was nominated for the North Carolina East-West All-Star Game ... played one season for coach Marlon Hardy and the Carolina Force and went to the AAU Jr. Olympics in New Orleans, La. ... also a member of the track team ... garnered all-state and all-conference honors ... won the state championship in the 4x100 relay.
