High School: 2007 graduate of Dalton L. McMichael High School in Mayodan, NC... four-time state champion and the fifth athlete to do so in North Carolina wrestling history... team won the 2A state dual championship his freshman and senior year... finished second in Freestyle and seventh in Greco-Roman at the Freestyle and Greco-Roman National Tournament in 2007 where he was also named an All-American.

 

Club: Competed for Y.E.S. Wrestling... was a national runner-up in freestyle at Junior Nationals... two-time All-American in Greco-Roman... placed second at the Junior World Team Trials... qualified for the Olympic Trials.
