2007-08: at 174 lbs., was 14-18 on the season, 1-3 in Southern Conference matches, 6-11 in dual meets and 8-7 in tournaments... totaled nine decisions, three major decisions, one fall and one technical fall... quickest fall was took 3:11 and was against Appalachian State’s Brandon Young at the North Carolina State Open... posted a technical fall over American’s Jonathan Powell with a score of 23-8... took fourth at the Mat/Jam SoCon Championships, going 2-2 with a 4-2 overtime decision over VMI’s Dustin McCabe and a 14-10 decision over The Citadel’s Derek Sickel... wrestled against eventual NCAA Champion Keith Gavin at the Ohio Duals... all three major decisions came in the regular season and were against Appalachian State’s Antoine Jones (18-8), Sickel (15-6) and North Carolina State’s Ray Ward (12-3).

 

High School: 2007 graduate of A.C. Reynolds in Asheville, NC... four-time letterwinner in wrestling for the Rockets... team won the 2006 conference championship... holds the WNC wins record with 198.
