Abby Muurisepp was hired as an assistant athletic trainer at UNCG in January of 2025.
Muurisepp joins the Spartans after working at Atrium Wake Forest Baptist Health since August of 2024.
Throughout her career, Muurisepp has gained clinical experience at Charlotte Football Club MLS League, Belmont Abbey College and Atrium Health Musculoskeletal Institute Sports Medicine.
Muurisepp earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise Science with a Minor in Mathematics from Appalachian State University in December of 2021 before achieving her Master’s of Science in Athletic Training from UNC Charlotte in May of 2024.
