UNC Greensboro

Danielle Sandridge joined UNCG Athletics in January 2022 after nearly 20 years in Connecticut. She played collegiate and professional tennis, as well as has been a business professional.     

Sandridge has taken on several different roles with UNCG Athletics. She is the assistant to the athletic director and the event manager for the Spartan Club.

Prior to UNCG, Sandridge worked for Spalding Sports as a senior financial manager and marketing manager for the Top-Flite golf ball line and Etonic Golf shoes. She started her professional career in sports with Liddun International, working under the legendary promoter George Liddy as a manager for The Virginia Slims of Florida and the Mark McCormack sports seminar. Sandridge then joined International Management Group (IMG) as an event manager for the annual Chris Evert Pro-Celebrity Tennis Classic and other professional tennis tournaments around the country. 

A native of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Sandridge has her bachelor's degree from William and Mary and later returned to earn her master's degree in business administration. She and her husband have lived in Italy and she loves to travel the world, scuba dive, hike, ski, garden, read, host parties, and watch college sports. She is married to Michael Sandridge and they have two wonderful children.
