Jake Baldini started at Learfield as the General Manager of UNC Greensboro Sports Properties in August 2025
Before joining the staff at Learfield, Baldini served as Manager of Corporate Partnership Sales for the Winston-Salem Dash from Feb. 2024 to July 2025. While working with Dash, he generated $ 45,000 in new business revenue within the first year. Baldini, through strategic initiatives, saw a revenue and business growth of 300% in 2025.
Prior to his stint in Winston-Salem, Baldini began his career working as a Property Assistant for Learfield at Syracuse Sports Properties during the summers of 2021 and 2022. While there, he compiled proof performance documentation for sponsors, streamlined asset management and created sponsor events.
Baldini graduated from Greensboro College in May 2023 with his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Economics, graduated with Cum Laude honors and was a four-year letterman for the Greensboro College baseball team.
