Lucas Kiel joined the Spartans as the Assistant Director for Compliance in February 2024.
Prior to his role in Greensboro, Kiel spent a year working at the NJCAA (National Junior College Athletic Association) as a Graduate Assistant and Assistant to the President.
He earned his Bachelor's of Science in Sport Management with a minor in Business Administration from Towson University in 2022, where he also gained valuable experience as an Athletic Compliance Intern from 2021-2022.
A native of Bethesda, Maryland, Kiel is currently pursuing a Master’s in Parks, Recreation, Tourism, and Sport Management at N.C. State.
