High School students who are interested in attending UNC Greensboro and would like to be a part of the UNCG athletics family are encouraged to fill out a prospective student-athlete questionnaire for the appropriate sport listed below.

This questionnaire contains vital information that is necessary in the recruiting process. After completing the questionnaire, a form will be e-mailed to that sport's head or assistant coach at UNCG.
