GREENSBORO, N.C. – Jennifer LePore is the Director of Student-Athlete Support Services. She was a standout soccer and basketball player at Queens College in New York.
She has been at UNCG since 2012. Prior to UNCG, LePore worked at her alma mater from 2009-12 in a variety of roles including as an assistant basketball coach, coordinator of student services, senior woman administrator and associate athletic director for internal operations.
LePore, who earned her master's degree from Drexel in 2012, is married to UNCG assistant men's basketball coach
Chris LePore and they have a pair of boys, Julius and Cruz.

How did playing sports in college help prepare you for the role you are in now at UNCG?
"I know what it is like to be working, going to school, playing sports, and trying to have a life. Balancing all of those can be hard, so it gave me real life experience for what our student-athletes go through."
What does working at UNCG mean to you?
"UNCG is a great school with the opportunity to consistently compete on the big stage, and I met my husband here so it will forever hold a special place in my heart."
