GREENSBORO, N.C. – The good news is the UNC Greensboro (UNCG) will still play at the Greensboro Coliseum Saturday afternoon. The time and opponent is different.
 
Instead of Mercer, UNCG will host Wofford in a key Southern Conference clash at 5 p.m.
 
UNCG just defeated Wofford this past Wednesday, 84-75, in Spartanburg. In that victory, UNCG rallied from an 11-point first-half deficit behind Isaiah Miller's splendid performance of 15 points, 13 rebounds, eight assists, and four steals. Angelo Allegri tied his career-high with 19 points.
 
Storm Murphy tallied a game-high 25 points to lead the Terriers.
 
Now, round two. This game was moved from its originally scheduled date of Wed., Jan. 20 since both teams had openings caused by COVID-19 issues from other schools.
