GREENSBORO, N.C. - Some inclement weather has pushed forward UNCG women's soccer originally scheduled Sunday match at VMI. The Spartans and Keydets will now meet this Saturday at 11 a.m. in Lexington, the second week in a row that UNCG will compete in a contest with a morning kickoff.
With just three contests remaining, head coach
Michael Coll and company will be looking to close out the regular season on a win streak, having beaten The Citadel 3-1 this past Sunday. The club is currently a game behind Chattanooga for the fourth and final spot in this year's SoCon Championship tournament, and while the Mocs have a game in hand over UNCG, the pair will meet for the first time this season next weekend in Greensboro.
