GREENSBORO, N.C. – In the iconic words of former rapper Jay-Z, it's "On To The Next" for the UNC Greensboro men's soccer team after suffering a season-opening setback.

UNCG gets another opportunity to erase the bitter taste of defeat when it hosts another in-state foe, Gardner-Webb in the second of a four-match homestand. This will be the second straight opponent from the Big South Conference for the Spartans.

The Spartans applied consistent offensive pressure in their loss to Campbell on Thursday. They fired 16 shots, had 11 corner kicks, and one penalty shot attempt.

A LOOK AT UNCG
- Theo Collomb scored his ninth career goal as he accounted for the Spartans' lone tally of the match against Campbell.
- Collomb and Fernando Garcia combined for 10 of UNCG's 16 shots throughout the contest.
- Niclas Wild had two saves for UNCG, which had 18 players see at least nine minutes.
- Collomb, Garcia, and Emmanuel Hagan were named to the Southern Conference Preseason team.
