WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – Nick Lyerly led the UNC Greensboro (UNCG) men's golf program during the final round of the Old Town Collegiate Tuesday afternoon.
The Spartans finished 13th overall with a three-round score of 847. UNCG shot a 282 in the third round.

How It Happened
- Lyerly's round was highlighted by four birdies.
- He had three birdies on the front nine which helped him shoot a two-under 33.
- Lyerly finished tied for 29th overall with a three-round score of 209.
- Thomas Lamb enjoyed an even-par round of 70.
- Lamb also finished with four birdies and was one-under on the back nine.
- He finished tied for 54th overall and had 10 birdies.
- Noah Connor and Symon Balbin each carded a two-over 72 during the third round.
- Connor, who shot a 214 and was 58th, had four birdies, including consecutive ones on holes three and four.
- Connor led the Spartans during the event with 11 birdies.
- Noah Swanson birdied the third and fourth holes on the front nine during his five-over 75 effort.
- Swanson had seven birdies during the tournament.
