GREENSBORO, N.C. – The UNC Greensboro (UNCG) men's golf team concluded play in the Aggie Invitational with three athletes finishing among the top 15 overall.
Jack Marcotte was tied for seventh overall and
Andrew Graham tied for 13th following the three-round tournament that was held at the Bryan Park Golf Course Tuesday afternoon. Marcotte finished with an overall score of 230 after shooting an eight-over 80 in the chilly and windy conditions.
Meanwhile, Graham finished three strokes behind Marcotte. Graham, tying his best round of the event, shot a three-over 75. Graham shot 75 each in the final two rounds.
Connor Brown's one-over 73 led UNCG in the final round. He shot 234 for the entire tournament, good for 15h overall.
Parker Truesdale fired a four-over final round 76, which was his best round of the tournament. Truesdale finished with a 246 and placed 42nd overall.
UNCG returns to action next weekend when it competes at the Stitch Intercollegiate at the Macgregor Downs Country Club on Friday, April 8 and Saturday, April 9.
