WALLACE, N.C. – The UNC Greensboro (UNCG) women's golf team competed in its second tournament of the spring semester in the River Landing Classic, hosted by UNC Wilmington.

How It Happened: Round One
- After round one, graduate student Tara Bettle led the Spartans shooting 75 (+3).
- She was tied for 27th and was even in the back nine with one birdie on the 460-yard hole 13.
- Freshman Grace Holcomb, Victoria Cook, and Ava Romfo all were tied for 49th overall shooting 77 (+5).
- Holcomb shot on birdie on the 341-yard hole eight.
- Cook had two birdies, one on hole five and one on hole 18.
- Senior Hailey Joy shot 79 (+7) on the first round.
How It Happened: Round Two
- Bettle moved up to 24th overall after round two shooting a 74 (+2) with two birdies.
- Holcomb was one over par on the back nine, and ended round two 77 (+5), to sit tied for 49th overall.
- She shot one birdie in the second round.
- Cook and Romfo are tied for 55th after round two.
- Romfo shot a team best three birdies in round two, while Cook shot two birdies.
- Joy ended the second round with two birdies, one on the 376-yard first hole and one on the 460-yard hole 13.
