WALLACE, N.C. – The UNC Greensboro (UNCG) women's golf team completed its second tournament of the spring semester in the River Landing Classic, hosted by UNC Wilmington.
 
UNCG shot 919 as a team, finishing 14^th overall.

How It Happened: Round Three

• After shooting one-over-par on the front nine with two birdies, Tara Bettle concluded round three shooting 75 (+3).
• Bettle tied for 35^th overall totaling six birdies in the three rounds.
• Hailey Joy tallied four birdies in the final round, a season-best for her.
• The senior shot one-under on the back nine and then finished with a 74 (+2) on the day, her best for the two-day classic.
• Joy and Ava Romfo were the next Spartans on the leaderboard tying for 59^th overall.
• Romfo was one-over on the front nine and rounded out the day shooting 77 (+5).
• Grace Holcomb shot an 80 (+8) to finish 67^th overall.
• Cook rounded out the Spartans lineup tying for 69^th and birdied on the 348-yard hole four.
