RALEIGH, N.C. – The UNC Greensboro (UNCG) men's golf team finished sixth overall at the Stitch Intercollegiate tournament Saturday.
The Spartans concluded the two-day event with a total score of 882.
Randall Hudson and
Noah Connor led the Spartans as they each finished among the top 20 individuals. Hudson was tied for 14th overall with a three-round score of 219. Connor's 221 was tied for 19th overall. For the tournament, two of Connor's three rounds were at par or better.

How It Happened Round Two
- Noah Connor and Randall Hudson shot an even par 72 to lead the Spartans.
- Connor was a two-under 34 on the front nine.

- Hudson was tied for 12th overall with a two-round total of 145 (+1).
- Tommy Lamb was one-over 73.
- Symon Balbin finished with a four-over 76.
- Jack Marcotte and Nick Lyerly carded a six-over 78.

How It Happened Round Three
- Hudson led the Spartans with a two-over 74.
- Balbin and Lamb shot a three-over 75.
- Balbin was one-under 35 on the front nine.
- He birdied the third and 17th holes.
- Balbin and Lamb finished tied for 36 overall as they each finished with a 225.
- Lyerly had two birdies in carding a four-over 76.
- Lyerly was tied for 40th after shooting 226.
- Marcotte shot a 78 for the second straight round.
- Connor shot a final round 79.
- The Spartans shot 300 as a team.
