From Atwell on the game and his performance
"My teammates get me open on the floor and we run our offense. We trust in what we do. We follow the game plan, and we execute. We want to take it one game at a time. We follow the game plan that Coach Jones puts us through, and it works for us. It has been a lot of fun so far this season. Off the court we are all hanging out together, we have great team chemistry, so it just makes it easier on the court."

From Coach Jones
"It is good to get the first one under your belt. We talked about how you can't win a championship unless you win the first game. I thought our guys came out with a great focus. Brotherhood is a big part of what we do. We have to work hard at it. We have to go deeper than just playing video games and actually having conversations with each other to build relationships. When we went overseas this summer, the guys hung out a lot this summer and we are seeing those connections pay off."
