The last 13 days have been magical for the Spartans. They not only traveled to The Bahamas for Thanksgiving for their second international trip of the 2023 year, but they also defeated the No. 14 Arkansas Razorbacks on November 17 with a score of 78-72 in a sold-out Bud Walton Arena. This was the program's first ranked win and first win over a SEC program.
Following that trip, the Spartans competed in the 2023 Baha Mar Hoops Nassau Championship from November 24-26. UNCG opened the tournament with a 76-64 victory over Kansas City for its second double-figure win of the season.
