EATONTON, Ga. – The UNC Greensboro (UNCG) men's golf team stands in a tie for fifth place after round one at the Linger Longer Invitational on Sunday.

TEAM

• UNCG is in a tie with Clemson for fifth place after carding a seven-under-par (281) in round one.
• Alabama paces all 14 teams with a 21-under-par (267).

INDIVIDUAL

• Symon Balbin leads the Spartans in a tie for sixth place with a three-under-par (69) in round one.
• Jack Marcotte follows closely behind Balbin in a tie for 17^th place with a two-under-par (70).
• Randall Hudson and Kelvin Hernandez come in a tie for 29^th place with a one-under-par (71).
• Noah Connor rounds out the scorecard for the Spartans in a tie for 62^nd place with a three-over-par (75).
