HILTON HEAD, S.C. – The UNC Greensboro (UNCG) women's golf team finished the Low Country Invitational in a tie for seventh place after carding a 24-over-par (312) in the final round on Sunday.
TEAM
- UNCG finished with an overall score of 73-over-par (937) in the three-round tournament.
- The Spartans' best round of the tournament came in round two with a 23-over-par (311) on Saturday.
- SoCon foe, ETSU claimed first place at the tournament after shooting an overall score of 38-over-par (902).
- The Spartans finished in a tie for third place with a 3.22 average on par three's.
INDIVIDUAL
- Grace Holcomb finished atop the leaderboard for the Spartans in a tie for 11th place with a 14-over-par (230). Holcomb moved up nine positions from her previous position in the second round after shooting a four-over-par (76) in the third round.
- Ava Romfo followed in behind Holcomb to finish in a tie for 21st place with a 16-over-par (232). Romfo's best score of the tournament came in round two with a three-over-par (75).
- Julia Baeumken came in behind Romfo in a tie for 31st place with a 20-over-par (236).
- Elle Burnette finished in a tie for 40th place with a 23-over-par (239).
- Anna Bowman rounded out the scorecard for the Spartans with a tie for 71st place after recording a 34-over-par (250).
