GREENSBORO, N.C. - The UNC Greensboro (UNCG) men's tennis team fell in a 6-1 contest against Gardner-Webb on Saturday at the Piedmont Indoor Tennis Center.
Gardner-Webb got on the board first in the matchup after claiming the doubles point for the 1-0 lead.
The Bulldogs clinched the match by claiming the first three singles contests.
David Flisberg was able to get the Spartans on the board with a 6-4, 6-4 victory over Alex Lepine on court two. However, Gardner-Webb responded by notching the next two singles points for the 6-1 win over UNCG.

The Spartans will stay in Greensboro to take on Mercer on Sunday, March 24 at the UNCG Tennis Courts at 1 p.m.
