GREENSBORO, N.C. - The UNC Greensboro (UNCG) men's tennis team fell in a 6-1 matchup to Mercer on Sunday at the UNCG Tennis Courts.
Mercer tallied the first point of the day after claiming all three doubles matches.
The Bears started off singles action by claiming the first match for the 2-0 advantage.
Tymofiy Khrystyuk gave the Spartans their only point of the match with a 6-0, 6-4 dominating win over Nemanji Stefanovic on court one. Mercer was able to bounce back by earning the final four singles points for the 6-1 win.
