GREENSBORO, N.C. - The UNC Greensboro (UNCG) men's tennis team claimed a 4-3 battle over N.C. Central on Friday afternoon at the UNCG Tennis Courts.

The Spartans got on the board first in the contest by claiming the doubles point for the 1-0 lead. First, Hampus Johansson and John Gabelic earned a 6-2 win over Neiman Sneed and Naresh Bharthy on court three. The Eagles claimed the second doubles match on court two, but David Flisberg and Christopher Johns came just in behind to claim a 7-5 battle over Oliver Saarinen and Kareem Abdul Hakim on court one to clinch the doubles point.
