th place after round two of the NCAA Championship at Omni La Costa Resort & Spa in Carlsbad, Calif. on Saturday.
- Hernandez carded an eight-over-par (80) in the second round.
- The freshman recorded a three-over-par in the first round on Friday for a total score of 11-over-par (155).
- Hernandez has recorded 22 total pars and three birdies over the two days.
- Karl Vilips stands atop of the leaderboard out of 156 individuals with an overall score of seven-under-par (137).
- Virginia is leading all 30 teams with a one-over-par (577).
- SoCon foe, ETSU stands in a tie for ninth place with a 17-over-par (593).
