2007: Appeared in 10 matches with nine starts in his sophomore season... had a 1.08 goals against average, logging a 5-4-1 mark... recorded 34 saves versus 10 goals against... Academic All-Conference honoree...

2006: Appeared in four matches with three starts... recorded a 1.88 goals against average in those four matches... logged a record 3-0-0 on the season... named to the Dean's List...

Prior to UNCG: Product of Athens Drive HS in Raleigh... three-year letterwinner... earned all-conference honors as a junior and senior... also earned Academic All-Conference honors at Athens Drive... was a member of the North Carolina ODP program in 2003 and 2004... won state titles with the CASL club team in 2004 and 2005...

Personal: Chad William Janda... born June 23, 1988 in Worcester, MA... son of Lee and Karen Janda... youngest of four boys... majoring in business at UNCG... spent his 2009 spring break on a relief effort to Biloxi, Miss.
