Junior Season (2005-06)
All-Conference selection on the coaches’ ballot and a second-team selection on the media ballot... UNCG’s second-leading scorer last season at 18.7 ppg (fourth in the conference; No. 55 in the nation)... scored in double-figures in 27 of the 28 games he played in... his 524 points were the most ever scored by a junior at UNCG and was the fifth-highest single-season total in school history... his 18.7 ppg scoring average was the fifth-highest in school history... his 404 field goal attempts were the most by a Spartan during the Division I era (fifth-highest in school history)... his 62 three-pointers were the eighth-highest single-season total... 183 three-point attempts were the fourth-highest single-season total in school history... became the 13th player in school history to record 1,000 career points, fifth to do so in his junior season... set a school-record with 27 straight games scoring in double-figures (first 26 of 2005-06 season)... had a career-high 34 points in regular season finale loss to Elon (7-of-13 from three-point range), which was also the 10th highest scoring game in UNCG history... had a string of 25 straight games with at least one three-point field goal... had 11 20-point games... went to the foul line 10 or more times in seven games during the season... had two double-doubles during the season (16 pts., 12 reb. at Elon and 14 pts., 11 reb. at St. Peter’s)... tied a school-record with seven steals in a game against Greensboro College... had five or more steals in a game six times during the season... averaged 20.2 ppg in conference play... his 77 steals tied for the fourth-highest single-season total in school history and led the Southern Conference (10th in the nation at 2.8 per game).
Sophomore Season (2004-05)
Finished second on the team in scoring at 14.5 ppg... seventh in the SoCon in scoring, as well... second in the conference in steals with 79 (2.6 per game), which also ranked in the Top 15 nationally... led UNCG with 41 three-pointers on the season... led the team in trips to the free throw line, attempting 187 free throws in his sophomore season... closed out the season by scoring in double figures in 10 of the last 11 games (eight straight before being held to eight points by Davidson in conference semifinals)... led UNCG in assists with 87 (2.9 apg, which was also 12th in the conference)... averaged 18.4 ppg in the seven games UNCG played in the month of December, recording 22 steals during the month... averaged 12.6 ppg against Southern Conference foes during the regular season... recorded 23 double-digit scoring games (tied for the team-lead) during the season, his first as a starter... led the team with seven 20-point games during the season... finished the season with a three-pointer in each of his last nine games... was a part of a pivoital seven-point possession in UNCG’s win over Southern Mississippi (December 3) and then accounted for all six points in a six-point possession with two minutes to play that erased a Western Carolina six-point lead and propelled UNCG to a win in the regular-season finale (February 26)... third on the team in dunks with 13... began the season by scoring in double-figures in 10 of UNCG’s first 11 games and finished the regular season by scoring in double digits in each of the last eight games... averaged 16.3 ppg in UNCG’s wins, but just 11.9 ppg in UNCG’s losses during the season... scored a career-high 29 points in UNCG’s win over Southern Mississippi... .his scoring average jump (nine points per game) ranked among the Top 20 in the nation, according to Stats, Inc... . earned second-team All-SoCon Tournament honors.
Freshman Season (2003-04)
One of four Spartans to see action in all 28 games, playing 20 or more minutes in 12 of those games... recorded 16 starts, most among freshmen on the team... made first career start against Coastal Carolina (Dec. 18)... scored a career-high 21 points in UNCG’s win over The Citadel (Jan. 24), shooting 7-9 from the field... had five double-figure scoring games as a freshman... scored his first two collegiate points on free throws at Campbell... tallied 10 points and five rebounds against High Point... had first collegiate start against Coastal Carolina... hit two 3-pointers for 10 points against No. 10 Missouri... hit two 3-pointers for seven points at Villanova... set career-highs with 11 points, seven rebounds and four steals against Appalachian State... chipped in with a solid game of seven points, seven rebounds and a career-high five assists in the win over Elon... had a career-high six assists against Chattanooga... scored nine points and collected six rebounds against Elon... scored 16 points, while connecting on 7-of-8 free throw attempts, grabbed five rebounds and tied a career-high with four steals against Wofford in the Southern Conference Tournament.
