Originally from Wilmington, N.C., Nunez arrives at UNCG from northern Virginia, where she played two years for Arlington Soccer Association. Competing for ASA, Nunez and company competed at USSDA Nationals in Florida in the 2019 season. In addition to her work on the pitch, she is a member of the National Honor Society and a three-year athletic honor roll selection.
