2015 (Redshirt Junior): Did not pitch in any contests

2014 (Redshirt Sophomore): Appeared in two contests … Pitched an inning against Princeton (March 15) in the Spartans’ 11-1 victory at the UNCG Baseball Stadium.

2013 (Redshirt Freshman): Made one appearance for the Spartans, throwing a perfect inning against Rhode Island (March 13).

2012 (Freshman): Did not play (redshirt)

High School: Played three seasons of baseball at Etowah High School in Woodstock, Ga. for coach Greg Robinson … was the fourth and final pitcher to throw in a combined no-hitter against Lambert High School … hit a grand slam in his first-ever varsity plate appearance … also played two seasons of basketball and one year of football.

Personal: Kevin Nicholas Jones … born Sept. 24, 1992 in Woodstock, Ga. ... son of Kevin and Debra Jones … has one younger brother, Jordan … father, Kevin, played basketball at Vermont … currently undecided on a major.
