Earned four letters at North Lincoln High School and helped the Knights earn a 3A/4A Conference Championship in 2016 and was part of the best offensive game in school history … drove in five of the Knights 20 runs, hitting a grand slam and helped win the South Fork Conference Tournament by hitting a solo home run in the eighth inning … in his junior season, he hit for a .344 average with five doubles, three home runs and swiped six bases … also competed with the South Charlotte Panthers during summer ball … in 2016, he helped the team get to a 19-0 start before dropping its first game … his team won the Perfect Game Super 25 Team Championship and was named to the All-Tournament Team … earned WWBA Underclass World Championship All-Tournament honors in Fort Myers, Fla. … last season, was named a Perfect Game Preseason Underclassman All-American … during the 2016 summer and fall ball season, he hit for a .333 average with 39 runs scored, 21 RBIs and stole 17 bases and followed with a .324 average with 35 runs scored, 21 runs scored and 17 stolen bases in the summer and fall season last year.
