Brian Judski is his third season as an assistant coach at UNC Greensboro.
He was hired onto the UNCG staff in August 2007, returning to the city of Greensboro where he had spent four seasons previously at Guilford. This past summer, Judski was promoted to the No. 2 assistant coach's position.
Judski, a 1992 graduate of Clemson, arrived at UNCG after spending the last three seasons at Georgia State as the Director of Basketball Operations. Judski had served in that position since June 2004.
Prior to that, he spent two seasons on the staff at Furman (1997-99), four years at neighboring Guilford College (1999-2003) and one season at Miami Dade Junior College.
"We think Brian is a great fit for our staff," said Dement upon hiring the 38-year-old Judski. "Brian brings a familiarity to Greensboro and the state of North Carolina in having served at Guilford as an assistant for four years.
"In addition, he has some strong junior college ties from his time at Miami Dade that we hope can help us in our recruiting. He has worked with some outstanding coaches during his time - the likes of Butch Estes and Larry Davis. I look forward to having Brian on our staff."
Judski is also a veteran of the camp circuit. For six years he helped run Atlanta Hawks' star Anthony Johnson's basketball camp. He has also worked at Five-Star and also worked a two-week camp in Belgium in 2003.
