Freshman Season (2005-06)

One of three players to appear in all 31 games... spent much of the season as one of the first players to come off the bench, but did make five starts... started his first-ever game at UNCG and had seven points and three rebounds against Wisconsin-Green Bay... played 10 or more minutes in 23 of the 31 contests, including a season-high 33 minutes in UNCG’s win over Morgan State... had a season-high eight points and six rebounds in the win over Morgan State.

Prior to UNCG

Two-time all-state selection by NCPreps.com and nominated for the AP All-State squad while playing at South Johnston HS... four-year starter... Big Eight South Conference Player of the Year in 2005... earned a spot in the state’s East-West All-Star game... set school records with 1,977 career points and 983 career rebounds... led team to best record in school history (26-5) in his senior year... averaged 21 points per game as a junior and 19 points, 10.3 rebounds and 4.6 assists per game as a senior.
