2024-25 (Graduate)
Started in all 32 games…become the third player in program history to surpass 1,000 career rebounds after recording 10 against Carolina University on Jan. 3…leads the Division I era in total rebounds and is second all-time with 1,195 rebounds…after posting a career high 20 points in the team's SoCon Championship win over Chattanooga on March 9, Cain notched her 1000^th career point at the free throw line with 42 seconds remaining in overtime…leads UNCG program history with 197 career blocks…named to the All-SoCon Second Team and All-Defensive Team…named SoCon Tournament MVP and All-Tournament First Team after registering two double-doubles, 41 rebounds, 41 points, six assists and nine blocks in the tournament…earned her second SoCon Player of the Week of her career (Jan.28) after registering a double-double with 12 points and 10 rebounds in a 66-58 win over Western Carolina (Jan. 25)….posted 10 double-doubles on the season…notched a career best 18 rebounds at ETSU on Feb. 8…recorded 15 double-figure rebound games…posted a season high four blocks on three occasions.
 
2023-24 (Senior)
Appeared and started in all 33 games….tied her career high of 15 points on two occasions…finished the season with 249 boards, 26 steals, 34 blocks and 196 points…broke the UNCG program record in career blocks in the team’s win over Wofford on Jan. 11….finished the season with 152 total career blocks.

2022-23 (Junior)
Played in 30 games, with a start in 29…Cain led the Spartans in offensive rebounds, defensive rebounds, total rebounds, and blocks…tied her career high in points (15) twice, total rebounds (15), field goals made (7), offensive rebounds (7) four times, and blocks (5)…had a new career high in field goal attempts (9), free throw attempts (10), free throws (7) and defensive rebounds (8) three times… named SoCon Player of the Week on Jan. 3…. Named to the SoCon All-Defensive Team.

2021-22 (Sophomore)
Played in all 28 games and made 22 starts … Averaged 5.6 points per game and 7.0 rebounds per game … Averaged 22.9 minutes per contest … Was second in the SoCon in offense rebounds per game (2.9), third in blocked shots (1.3), fifth in rebounding, and 14th in defense rebounds per game (3.7) … Had four double-doubles: 14 points and 13 rebounds against Wake Forest on Nov. 14, 10 points and 14 rebounds against Wofford on Nov. 18, 11 points and 10 rebounds against Gardner-Webb on Nov. 28 … 10 points and 11 rebounds against ETSU on Jan. 20 … Led the Spartans with 35 blocked shots … Had a season-high six against UNC Asheville on Nov. 9 … Scored in double figures seven times …Grabbed double digit rebounds six times … Finished with at least five rebounds in 21 games, including UNCG’s first 10 contests … Season-high point and rebound total against Wake Forest … Collected a season-best three steals against Winthrop on Nov. 18….named to the All-SoCon Honor Roll.

2020-21 (Freshman)
Contributed immediately in first season, playing in all 24 games with 20 starts and earning spot on SoCon All-Freshman teams chosen by coaches and media ... Emerged as team's best low-post player, averaging 6.4 points, 8.1 rebounds and 1.5 blocks in 25.8 minutes per game ... Her 195 rebounds and 8.1 average ranked fifth among all SoCon players ... Her 36 blocked shots and 1.5 average ranked fourth in the SoCon ... Ranked second in SoCon with 77 offensive rebounds ... Played 23 minutes and grabbed three rebounds in collegiate debut at North Carolina ... Grabbed at least 10 rebounds in 11 games, and finished the season with a team-high three double-doubles for points and rebounds ... Averaged 8.1 points and 10.4 rebounds in conference games ... Had 13 points on 6-for-10 shooting and 14 rebounds against Mercer on Jan. 16 ... Had 12 points and 12 rebounds in regular-season finale 54-42 victory at Western Carolina.
