Dylan Nsiah

Dylan Nsiah joined the UNC Greensboro (UNCG) women’s basketball program in the fall of 2021.
 
During Nsiah’s first season with UNCG women’s basketball, he served as video coordinator where his responsibilities included all things scouting and video. During the 2021-22 season, he was involved in creating game plans, scouting reports, highlight film, and post-game video breakdown and analysis.
 
Among some of Nsiah’s duties include coaching, player development, administrative and recruiting duties.
 
Before joining Trina Patterson and her staff, Nsiah spent two seasons as a graduate assistant for Coach Miller at UNCG where he assisted in all things video, scouting, and player development. Nsiah worked with the guards and was involved in the development in Southern Conference Player of the Year and Defensive Player of the year Isaiah Miller. The Spartans had consecutive 20-win seasons, winning the SoCon Tournament, and receiving an NCAA Tournament bid during in the 2020-21 season.  
 
Nsiah arrived in Greensboro after three seasons at Georgia State under head coach Ron Hunter. During his time in Atlanta, the Panthers won 68 games, including three-straight 20-win campaigns, while winning back-to-back Sun Belt Conference Tournament titles in 2018 and 2019, making consecutive NCAA Tournament appearances for the first time in program history.
 
As a graduate assistant at Georgia State during the 2018-19 season, Nsiah worked with the guards and wings, assisting in the development of four all-conference guards: Kane Williams, Malik Benlevi, Corey Allen, and Sun Belt Player of the Year D’Marcus Simonds. He also assisted with all aspects of film breakdown, opponent scouting, and organizing team camps, while tracking student-athlete academic progress
 
In addition to his college experience, Nsiah has spent years as a skill development trainer, working with professional players including Joel Berry, R.J. Hunter, D.J. White, Isaiah Miller and Donte Ingram. 
 
Nsiah earned a Bachelor of Business degree in managerial science from Georgia State and has recently earned his master’s degree from UNCG.
 
He served as the head manager for his first 2 years with the Panthers.
 
Between 2012-14, Nsiah played at Valdosta State University where he was the SAAC representative.
