2018: All-SoCon Tournament Team

2019 (Senior)
Appeared in 17 games, while making three starts and scoring two goals ... scored her first goal of the season against Gardner-Webb (9.15) on a PK in the 87th minute ... scored her second in a 2-0 shutout win over Mercer (9.29) 

2018 (Junior)
Named to the All-SoCon Tournament Team … Played in all 21 games with four starts… Logged 580 minutes played… Tied for third on the team in points (11) and fourth in goals (four)… Placed 14 of 20 shots on goal… Scored the game-winning goals in all three SoCon Tournament games against No. 10 seed VMI (Oct. 27), No. 3 ETSU (Nov. 2) and No. 5 Furman (Nov. 4)… Had a pair of assists in the win over High Point (Sept. 3).

2017 (Sophomore)
Played in 20 games with one start... Logged 420 minutes played...Assisted on the game-tying goal in the 2-1 double overtime win at No. 2 seed Samford (11/3) in the semifinals of the SoCon Tournament... Placed four of six shots on goal.

2016 (Freshman)
Appeared in nine games, making three starts ... logged a total of 320 minutes on the pitch ... tallied one assist for one point on the season ... took three shots, landing two on goal ... registered her first-career assist in the 4-0 win over Furman (Oct. 2) ... played a season-high 77 minutes against Wofford (Sept. 30).

High School
Attended Howard High School in Ellicott City, Md., where she was a multi-sport athlete... played three years of varsity soccer where she earned All-County honors in 2015, All-State in 2016 and was selected for the State All-Star Game in 2016... was selected to the 2014 and 2015 Crabdraw High Maryland State High All-Star Game for lacrosse and also lettered in basketball for two seasons at HHS... in 2015 she was the leading scorer for the Lions and helped them to a 2014 Maryland State 4A Runner Up finish after winning the 4A Regional Championships... was a member of the National Honor Society

Born August 26, 1998... daughter of Mark and Kara Regal... has two sisters named Sarah and  Madeline who plays lacrosse at Manhattan College... played for ASA Azzurri under head coach Kerri Brimmer since 2012... helped her team to back-to-back-to-back State Cup Championships... majoring in Biology
