Prior To UNCG
A 2023 graduate of East Lake High School in Safety Harbor, Florida...Koncal was the only sophOmore to make the varsity team at her high school...Earned All-County (Pinellas County) second team in 2022...She scored the only goal in the regional semifinal for her team to move onto the final in 2021...Her junior year (2022) she was named to All-County (Pinellas County) first team...In the same year she was ranked eighth out of 100 in the state...Koncal was also Class 7A state girls soccer points junior stat leader in 2022 with 14 goals and 12 assists...While playing for West Florida Flames Girls Academy, she was in the top 10 Development Academy Score for SE (2020) and earned a sport on the  Florida ODP State Team (2018-2021)...She was also a Region 3 ODP alternate (2018-2021)...Koncal was also selected for the Girls Academy Talent ID Center in 2021 and 2022...In the classroom she was inducted into the National Honor Society, National English Honor Society, Girls Academy Club (2022) and Team Rep (2021), while she was also elected as the Student Government Junior Class advisor.
