Attended Monacan High School in North Chesterfield, Va., where she was a two-time All-District honorree for the Chiefs... she earned All-Region First Team and All-State Second Team accolades as a junior and was named both captain and team's Most Valuable Player as a junior... also was a member of the track team during her junior season... was Senior Class Vice President and was a member of the Leadership Council, Tribe Council, Junior Class Council, TRIBE club, National Beta Club and the Spanish National Honor Society
