Freshman Season

Led all freshman with 118 games played last season...finished fourth on the team with 212 kills and was sixth with 1.80 kills per game...placed second on the club with 240 digs and third with 2.03 digs per game...also came up with 31 total blocks on defense...added 28 assists and eight service aces...put away a season-high 14 kills in a 3-2 win over Lipscomb (9/4/04)...had nine double-digit kill efforts on the year, including three straight to begin her collegiate career...had 16 digs on two occasions and eight double-digit totals...began the season with 13 kills, 10 digs and four blocks against Gardner-Webb (9/3/04)...recorded six “double-doubles”.

High School

Earned two varsity letters in four years at Kingwood High School for head coach Krista Malmstrom...led team to second place conference finish...earned numerous individual accolades including all-district, “Best Hitter” and “Best All-Around”...also a three-time letterwinner in softball.

Club

Played two years with the Hit-Away club team from Tomball, TX...led squad to third place finish at the 2004 Tour of Texas.

Alysia Marie Rosvold...born on February 13, 1986, in Dallas, TX...daughter of Charles and Dawna Rosvold...chose UNCG over Buffalo, Southwestern and Trinity...biology major.
