At UNCG
Junior Season (2006)
Had a consistent junior season making 26 starts and 32 appearances... saw action in 106 games... fourth on the team in kills with 233 and also ranked fourth with 2.20 kills per game... ranked second on the team in assists (34), fifth in total blocks (43), and service aces (30)... also ranked fourth on the team in points with 2.69/game and fifth in digs with 2.04 per game... had her best game of the season against Georgia Southern (11/4) with 16 kills in the 3-0 win... had two double-doubles on the season including a career-high 28 digs in UNCG’s 3-2 win over Gardner-Webb (9/9)... also recorded a career-high four aces on two different occassions.
Sophomore Season (2005)
Came up with a steady sophomore season that saw her make 28 starts and appear in 29 matches overall...saw time in 107 games...missed two matches due to injury...posted the clubs fourth most kills with 225 and also ranked fourth with 2.10 kills per game...ranked second on the team with 34 assists, third in digs with 227, third in total blocks with 55 and fourth in service aces with 22...set a new career-high with 19 kills in a come-from-behind 3-2 victory at Liberty (11/8)...notched another career-best with 19 digs to go with 13 kills at Chattanooga (11/12)...came up with an impressive .395 hitting percentage with 18 kills against only three errors on 38 attempts at Western Carolina (10/16)...had five double-doubles on the year, including back-to-back efforts to start the year at the VCU Tournament...her six total blocks against Western Carolina (11/13) was a new career-high.
Freshman Season (2004)
Enjoyed a good freshman season at UNCG, appearing in 73 games...ranked third on the team with 2.21 kills per game and was fifth with 161 put aways on the year...was second on the team with 2.18 digs per game...also contributed 38 total blocks, 37 assists and 13 service aces...notched a season-high 16 kills in a 3-2 win over Lipscomb (9/4/04)...tallied double-digits in kills on seven occasions, including the first three matches of her collegiate career...enjoyed a 14-kill, 10-dig effort against Wofford (10/6/04), which represented one of three “double-doubles” for the year.
High School
Earned three varsity letters for head coach Jodi Manore at
Bedford High School...earned all-conference, all-region and all-state honors as a junior...led squad to final four appearances in the state tournament as a sophomore and junior...also lettered in basketball and soccer.
Club
Combined to play seven years with the Borderline and Motor City volleyball club out of Temperance, MI...led Motor City to a third place finish at the National Tournament in Arizona.

Lauren Leigh Keiser...born on March 17, 1986 in Saratoga Springs, NY...daughter of Louis and Dawn Keiser...chose UNCG over Wright State...exercise and sports science major.
