Entering 2006 Season

One of two sophomores in the program...worked very hard on her game in the off season and will compete for time at the middle blocker position.

Freshman Season (2005)

Made five starts and appeared in 25 matches as a freshman in 2005 for the Spartans...saw court time in 51 games...recorded 54 kills, 39 digs and 10 blocks as a back up outside hitter...put away a season-high nine kills against Appalachian State (10/29)...also notched six kills on three occasions...had nine digs at Western Carolina (10/16).

High School

Four-year letterwinner in volleyball, basketball and soccer at Edgewood HS...named All-Southern Badger Conference three times and all-city once in volleyball for the Crusaders...led team to a pair of runner-up finishes in the state tournament, along with a fourth-place showing...team captain during senior season...was a three-time All-Conference performer in soccer and led her club to three Regional Championships...National Honor Society member...delegate to the National Leadership Conference in Washington D.C... Edgewood’s High School Heisman Female Athlete Award winner for 2005...Wisconsin Athletic Association Scholar Athlete winner...honored with the Women’s Sports Advocates of Wisconsin Award of Excellence.

Club

Competed on the Wisconsin Power club team during 2004 and 2005 under head coach Ruth Leitzke...team went to the National Tournament in Houston, TX in 2004.
