WILLIAMSBURG, Va. –UNC Greensboro women's golf will begin fall play this weekend when the Spartans participate in the William & Mary Invitational, taking place at the Kingsmill River Course.  

A Glance At The Squad

UNCG returns its top producer from last season in junior Tara Bettle, as she averaged a team-best 75.29 stroke average. Joining Bettle as returners for this year's team includes senior Louisa Tichy, fellow junior Sara Rydman and sophomore Hailey Joy. 

Last month, Ashley Leonard was named head coach, joining UNCG after six seasons in the same role for both the men's and women's programs at Barton College. 

UNCG Will Be Joined By…

UNCG will be joined during the tournament by Boston, Delaware State, James Madison, Longwood, Princeton, Radford, Richmond, Wofford and William & Mary.
