JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. - UNCG women's tennis falls to hosts ETSU this Friday as the Bucs work to a 7-0 win against the visiting Spartans.
The home team grabbed the doubles point while taking decisions on all three courts, as the Spartans' top pairing of
Hanna Giddings and
Sophia Adams fell to ETSU's No. 1 by a final of 6-3.
UNCG were unable to make up any points in doubles play, as the hosting Bucs turned in straight set wins in all six seeds to remain undefeated in SoCon play this spring.
UNCG will next play non-conference foe Elon on April 9th, before playing back-to-back SoCon matchups at Chattanooga on the 12th and at home against Mercer on the 14th. That home matchup with the Bears is the Spartans' last contest at UNCG Tennis Courts this spring.
