GREENSBORO, N.C. – The UNC Greensboro men's soccer team will continue to enjoy the comforts of home when it hosts Stetson.
The Spartans will look to build momentum and win consecutive matches for the first time since April 10 and 17, 2021 in the spring. Dating back to last season, this will be UNCG's seventh straight match at home. The last time UNCG met Stetson on the pitch, current Spartan head coach
Chris Rich was a teenager. This is the Spartans' only Friday match of 2021.

The Hatters are members of the Atlantic Sun Conference … Stetson is off to an 0-1-1 start after falling to Winthrop, 4-3, in overtime and battling the College of Charleston to a 0-0 tie … This is the second of a four-match road trip for the Hatters … Oliver Bryneus, Ajmeer Spengler, and Alex Turner have scored for the Hatters this season … Overall, Stetson welcomes back four of its five point scorers from the spring season … The Hatters' leading goalkeeper Jacob Gruber held a 1-2-1 record with one shutout after posting 1.18 goals-against average and .667 save percentage in the spring season.
