FROM HEAD COACH, JANELLE BRENEMAN
"This was not the outcome we wanted today, but we know we have better softball to play. Against Tennessee, Morgan threw well, and we were solid on defense. Our offense came alive in spurts against FIU, however, we need to play seven complete innings and be more selectively aggressive. We will learn from today and be more prepared for tomorrow."
ON DECK
UNCG faces Maryland tomorrow, Saturday, February 12 at 10:00 a.m. in Miami, Florida. The Spartans await their fate following the contest to see when their next game will be in the Felsberg Invitational hosted by FIU.
